How do I make a reservation?

(A) Please contact us with your desired shooting details, date, etc. from the Inquiry Form, and we will confirm the details and contact you.
If there are no problems at that time, we will make a formal reservation.

I haven't decided on specifics yet, but can I consult with you?

(A) Of course it is possible, so please feel free to contact us and discuss!
We will talk a lot and decide together!

What are the cancellation fees?

(A) Cancellation of a reservation will incur a cancellation fee based on the following details.

●Cancellation fee will not be charged until 31 days prior to the scheduled shooting date.
●30-15 days prior to the scheduled shooting date/30% of the quoted price
●14 to 8 days prior to the scheduled shooting date / 50% of the quoted price
●7 to 2 days prior to the scheduled shooting date/80% of the quoted price
●100% of the quoted price the day before or the day of the shoot

Is it possible to change the date of the photo shoot after the reservation is confirmed?

(A) As a general rule, changes can be made free of charge up to 8 days prior to the scheduled shooting date.
After 7 days prior to the scheduled shooting date, a change fee of 30% of the quoted price will be charged.
However, we will be flexible in case of unavoidable circumstances such as illness or urgent business, so please feel free to contact us.

About Wedding Photography

How should I prepare my dress for the photo shoot?

(A) Basically, customers are required to prepare their own dresses for the photo shoot.
Dress rental is available as an option, so please let us know if you would like to use it.
We can also introduce you to some ways to prepare your own dress at a reasonable price, so please feel free to ask us.

How will the meeting be conducted? And how long is it possible?

(A)In the case of A Wedding Plan, we will first ask you about the details briefly and have a meeting with you online such as zoom.
After that, we can have meetings via LINE, etc. until the day of the shoot.
There are no restrictions on the use of zoom for meetings, so please let us know if you would like to use it.

Is it possible to choose several locations for the shoot?

(A) It is possible to choose several shooting locations within the time of the plan.
However, if there are too many locations to choose from, the number of photos delivered may be reduced due to travel time.
We understand that you may not be familiar with the geography of the area, so please feel free to ask us about your desired locations and we will create a shooting plan for you.

Can I bring in small items, etc.?

(A) We do not charge any fees for bringing your own items, so you are free to bring your own.
Some items can be rented here free of charge, and we will let you know at the meeting.

About Location Photography

Is it possible to arrange for a photo shoot at short notice, such as tomorrow?

(A) We can accommodate you if there is availability on your desired date, so please feel free to contact us first.

Is it possible to shoot something that is not on the plan?

(A) We can take pictures depending on the content. Please let us know what you would like to shoot.
Please let us know what you would like to have photographed and we will provide you with an estimate.

How will the meeting be conducted?

(A) Basically, we can meet with you by sns or e-mail until the day of the shoot.
If you prefer, we can also arrange online meetings such as zoom.

I don't have a car, how can I travel between locations?

(A) If you are within the city/town of the shooting location, you can travel with us in our car for free.
(Don't worry, we have a large class 2 license.)
Please let us know if you would like to go from Sapporo to Asahikawa, etc., as there may be a separate pick-up fee for inter-city transportation.

Weather

What happens if it rains/worsens on the day of the shoot?

(A) If rain is forecast for the day of the shoot, both parties will discuss and choose from the following options.

(1) Change the location of the shooting, such as outdoors
(2) Go ahead with the shooting in the rain (photographers can shoot in the rain)
(3) Postpone the shoot to accommodate both parties' schedules (no charge for rescheduling)
④Cancellation of shooting *Cancellation fee for rain: 5,000 yen

In case of typhoon class heavy rain, strong winds, or heavy snowstorm in winter, etc., if you are in Hokkaido on a trip and cannot postpone the date, we will cancel the date free of charge at our discretion.

It is raining at the location we had requested on the day of the photo shoot, so we would like to change to a sunny location.

(A) We will discuss this with both parties, and if desired, the location can be changed.
Please note that transportation fees may be incurred or changed if the location is changed to an area where transportation fees are incurred.

Is it possible to have another day held back because we are worried about bad weather?

(A) A “reserve day” can be selected for 15,000 yen, which suppresses another day as a paid option.

About the location of the photo shoot

Can I shoot anywhere?

(A) Some facilities do not allow photography or require an application for photography.
Please note that the photographer is responsible for the amount of photography usage, facility entrance fees, and parking fees incurred by the facility.

How do I apply to the facility?

(A) If the location you wish to film requires an application for filming, please be assured that we will basically apply to the facility for permission.
However, in the case of special facilities, we may ask you to confirm and apply for permission yourself.

Are there any travel costs depending on the location?

(A) Some locations have a travel fee depending on the desired shooting area.

Fees and Payment

What is your payment method?

(A) Payment will be made in cash on the day of the event or by bank transfer.
We are planning to accept credit cards and other forms of payment in the future.

Is it possible to extend the optional 30 minutes on the same day?

(A) If the next available spot is available on the day of the shoot, we can add it on the same day.
Please let us know in advance to be sure, as we may not be able to accommodate you on short notice if you have another appointment.

What if there is an admission or parking fee?

(A) Please note that entrance fees for photographers and paid parking fees for the facility are the responsibility of the customer.
